Brand Overview
Underlying Wellness is a functional nutrition practice rooted in whole-food healing, nervous system support, and compassionate education rooted in the belief that with the right tools, the body can heal itself. Designed to serve women who feel stuck and alone in their health journey, the brand offers a warm, empowering presence that helps decode symptoms and unlock sustainable wellbeing.

Visual Identity
The brand’s visual language is calm, earthy, and subtly feminine, emphasizing approachability without sacrificing credibility. A soft, grounded palette of coral, navy, blush, and slate neutrals is paired with curated imagery featuring farmers market vegetables, seasonally home-prepared meals, and cozy, lived-in scenes. These visual choices reflect a cyclical, whole-lifestyle approach to wellness.

Creative Direction
As Founder and Creative Director, I led the development of the brand identity, voice, and strategy. This included naming, visual direction, content development, digital product design, and client-facing resources. The brand’s assets are styled with consistency across platforms to support trust, relatability, and clear communication.
