Killer Collab

Limited-edition creative partnerships brewed through curiosity, craft, and caffeine.

A creative collaboration series from Killer Roasting Co., the new-wave nano roaster I co-founded with my husband back in 2012. Built on craftsmanship, curiosity, and caffeine, Killer was more than coffee; it was a platform for creative experimentation.

Through Killer Collab, we partnered with artists, illustrators, and makers to create limited-run products that reflected both their talents and our values. Each piece was fueled by genuine connection, mutual respect, and a shared obsession with thoughtful detail.

Killer Roasting Co. x Settlewell

In collaboration with Laura Cornman of Settlewell, we created a custom-designed, food-safe concrete coffee storage canister that paired clean functionality with minimalist beauty. The limited-edition vessel featured an Airscape® insert to preserve freshness and a locally crafted maple wood lid, chosen for its natural warmth and tactile quality.

Each canister was handmade, with subtle variations and unexpected characteristics that made every piece one of a kind. Designed as a celebration of everyday ritual, the vessel was meant to live on the kitchen counter as both a useful object and a reflection of thoughtful design.

Produced in a small batch, the collaboration reflected both brands' shared values of quality, sustainability, and intentional living. It embodied the heart of Killer Roasting Co.: working with like-minded creatives to elevate the coffee experience through objects, storytelling, and community.
